Sabino is a home that has three bedrooms, all exterior with large windows, and two bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub integrated into the main room with a double bed and a closet with enough space to store clothes. The other bathroom with a shower is in the hallway, so you can use it from the other two rooms, one with two single beds of 0.80 m, and the other, with a trundle bed with two beds of 0.80 m, which makes it an ideal home for families with children. It also has a spacious living room with a new and comfortable chaise longue and a wing chair with a footrest from which to enjoy or rest watching the smart TV it has. It has a covered patio where you can hang clothes and where the boiler and the washing machine and clothes dryer are located. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of new appliances, a dishwasher and even a bottle rack to enjoy wine at the ideal temperature.
